Bulk orders

Bulk orders are processed as follows:

You place your bulk order & pay for it –> We assemble, receive $ and place a bulk order with our supplier once weekly [every sunday] –> once we receive the shipments from the suppliers, we either ship or deliver your product.

Ontario & Canada wide Delivery:

How long will it take to receive my Canada Wide order?

Once your order & payment is received: We will process your order within a couple days, have it dropped at the shipping carrier & update your order notes with the appropriate tracking number. Ontario wide [exceptions apply for remote locations] orders are (once processed) next day delivery if order is placed before 3pm. Canada wide [exceptions apply for remote locations] orders are guaranteed 2 – day delivery if order is placed before 3pm.

Will I receive a tracking number on my order?

Yes, We will send you an tracking number upon receipt of your payment & once the order is being processed by the shipping service.

My tracking number doesn’t work.

No worries, Send us an email with your order number, and we’ll figure it out for you. Please keep in mind that we use a variety of different service providers including Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, Fedex & Canpar and it could take up to 24 hours to update your tracking details. 

General Questions:

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of $50 to allow us to be able to ensure your delivery is there on time. If you are having problems checking out make sure your order total is $50 or more.

I did not receive a confirmation email.

If you submitted an order and have not received a confirmation email, check your spam folder.

Do you have customer service?

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google and Youtube is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution. For information on sending an E-transfer, please contact your bank.

How does PP Points work?

For every $100 spent you receive 50 points which is redeemable for $5 dollars. PP points are to be applied manually so just add a note to the order when you want the points applied!
