How long will it take to receive my delivery in Kitchener-Waterloo & surrounding areas?
Delivery is made within an hour of the dispatched shipping route [currently 2 routes daily – 3pm & 7pm]
Do I have to process my order on the site in order to receive my delivery?
No you don’t have to process your order on the site you can text the number & place your delivery if that is what you prefer to have your local delivery order processed but it makes the process cleaner on our side.
Bulk orders are processed as follows:
You place your bulk order & pay for it –> We assemble, receive $ and place a bulk order with our supplier once weekly [every sunday] –> once we receive the shipments from the suppliers, we either ship or deliver your product.
Ontario & Canada wide Delivery:
How long will it take to receive my Canada Wide order?
Once your order & payment is received: We will process your order, have it dropped at the shipping carrier & update your order notes with the appropriate tracking number. Ontario wide [exceptions apply for remote locations] orders are guaranteed next day delivery if order is placed before 3pm. Canada wide [exceptions apply for remote locations] orders are guaranteed 2 – day delivery if order is placed before 3pm.
Will I receive a tracking number on my order?
Yes, We will send you an tracking number upon receipt of your payment & once the order is being processed by the shipping service.
My tracking number doesn’t work.
No worries, Send us an email with your order number, and we’ll figure it out for you. Please keep in mind that we use a variety of different service providers including Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, Fedex & Canpar and it could take up to 24 hours to update your tracking details.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of $50 to allow us to be able to ensure your delivery is there on time. If you are having problems checking out make sure your order total is $50 or more.
I did not receive a confirmation email.
If you submitted an order and have not received a confirmation email, check your spam folder.
Do you have customer service?

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google and Youtube is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution.
